What we sell
Loose Ends sells printable PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped. You print them yourself, at home or at a print shop.
What you're buying
A download, licensed for personal use in one household. The full licence is on the licence page and forms part of these terms.
Delivery
Files are sent by email to the address you give at checkout, normally within minutes. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then email hello@looseends.shop. We will resend; there is no time limit on that.
Refunds
Because these are digital files, a sale is final once the files have been delivered. We will, without argument: resend files you can't find, replace a file that is corrupted or won't open, and fix any page with an error on our side and send you the corrected version. If you bought the wrong deck by mistake and haven't downloaded it, email us within seven days and we'll sort it out.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price you paid is the price you paid — changes are never applied retroactively.
What these files are and aren't
These are organizing tools for personal craft projects. They are not professional, financial, medical or legal advice. Hour estimates, timelines and suggestions are starting points based on common experience, not guarantees. How much you finish depends on your own projects and follow-through.
Accuracy
We check every page before it ships, but if you find a mistake, tell us. We'll correct it and send the updated file to everyone who bought it.
Your account and your data
Checkout runs on Shopify. We never see or store your card details. What we do hold is covered on the privacy page.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the updated version appears here with a new date. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Loose Ends operates.
